Meucci Cues accessories and cases

As we have repaired inhouse at our cue shop not affiliated with meucci originals hundreds of meucci cues in the past at no charge to customers with a guaranteed turnaround time of 7 days or less, and as of this letter we will no longer offer this service to meucci customers please direct all warranty work to the info below. We will continue to offer repairs on all cue brands including meucci at the regular pricing schedule including shaft replacement on most models.

Any and all warranty and or defective meucci cues should be directed to meucci originals here is the information to return department.. including a simplified method of returning your defective product.

first call explain the exact problem, finish swelling, loose inlays, loose butt sleeve, warped shaft, butt plug missing, butts warped etc. which are all common problems someone at will understand what your talking about..

next, request a prepaid return ticket which is a ups or fed ex pre-paid pick-up slip, most cue makers offer this im pretty sure meucci originals furnishes these to defective cue buyers.

then send the cue in for replacement or repair?  Meucci originals should be happy to repair or replace any factory defective cues as they advertise on their website a one year guarantee! this process should have a short turn around time but call on a regular basis to get an update on your repairs as sometimes things can get misplaced, cues, names, paperwork etc.
